0:00 · Ten minutes with a property manager

Your buildings, one framework contract, a commission every month.

Our answers to the questions property managers ask. Short, and no sales team in between.

The questions that usually come up in these ten minutes.

0:30

You ask

Will we know the contract situation of every building?

Yes. That is the first step.

Last year’s bills per building give you the overview: which contract, which term, which notice period. Switches happen at the turn of a month, with at least 21 days’ notice under section 38 EnWG.

2:00

You ask

Does the power of attorney cover everything we manage?

No. Only the properties you hand over.

Anything you keep back stays untouched. You can start small.

3:30

You ask

What if an owners’ association has to vote?

Buying energy for the common property is part of proper administration.

The basis is sections 18, 19 and 27 of the German Condominium Act (WEG). What that means for your associations, we go through on the call.

5:00

You ask

Who receives the commission?

The property manager and/or the owners or owners’ association.

Who receives which share, we agree with you for each building. Paid in monthly instalments, with a final statement backdated to year end.

6:30

You ask

Do we need to talk to our tenants?

We check the tenant tariff against the basic supply level every month.

We give you a template for informing owners, the advisory board and tenants.

8:00

You ask

What is our part?

Send the bills, sign the power of attorney.

Calendar, switch, checks and settlement are on us.
